I thought I’d take some time out to share this Gen2Wave case study with you. For those of you who aren’t familiar with Gen2Wave they are a rugged and professional smart phone manufacturer based in Korea. Below is just a snippet of the CHAM Chaleur Maintenance case study.
“The RP1000s are used to provide technicians with daily schedules which are uploaded to the devices via high-speed HSDPA. On arriving at the households, the property’s heating system history and contract status is inspected with access to customer information via the RP1000. Real-time information allows the technicians to update customers’ records efficiently and accurately. Once completed, technicians can capture the customer’s signature via the RP1000 and issue A4 sized invoices and safety certificates via a Bluetooth printer connected to their device. The device and printer provides technicians with the ability to renew and make new contracts during their service visits.”
